To run a team the size of PAR Honda takes a lot of time and effort. The backbone of the PAR team consists of very enthusiastic people who can always be found around the race truck on race days. They are always the 1st to turn up and the last to leave.

Paul Rowlands
Team Manager and Owner. Ex British Quad Champion, British Enduro and British Quad Speedway Champion.  Spends most of his time trying to keep the team running smoothly (in between running a Building Business!) by looking for new sponsors and riders. He has 3 teams to look after, Adult/Schoolboy MX and Enduro.This year he will be spending more time with the schoolboys with the aim of bringing them up through to the adult team.

Geoff Davies
Adult MX Team Manager. Ex AMCA MX rider. In his 4th year with the team. Will be driving the brand new RS Racetruck to World and British MX Rounds this year. Geoff makes sure the running of the racetruck and all activities inside the awning run smoothly.

Claire
Spends many hours of her week running the admin side of the team. Helps Sue with the hospitality and does the website with Plumb.

Sue
Sue manages the hospitality side of the team and makes sure the truck and hospitality area are looking immaculate.

Plumb
Helps Claire with the press releases and website. Always on the lookout  for new riders.

Jordan & Ashley
Sons of Geoff and Sue, always there to help with the team activities and running to the lap scorers for results.
